Terms & Conditions

Thee Auto Spa LLC - Terms & Conditions

  • Service Agreement

Thee Auto Spa LLC provides mobile auto detailing services at the customers location.

Services must be scheduled in advance. Same day appointments will have an uncharge for convenience.

By booking a service, you confirm that you have the legal right to authorize work on the vehicle.


  • Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. 

Late cancellations may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.


  • Payment & Pricing

All prices are subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods (e.g., Cash App, Zelle, Venmo).


  • Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges

Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or biohazards materials (e.g., mold, vomit, blood) may result in additional charges or service refusal.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including weak paint, worn upholstery, or mechanical/electrical issues.


  • Weather & Service Location

Services may be rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, freezing temperatures).


  • Liability & Damages

We take great care with every vehicle, but Thee Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that arise due to aging, wear, or poor maintenance.

Customers should inspect the vehicle after service. Any concerns must be reported before the detailer leaves.


  • Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue. No refunds will be issued after this timeframe.

  • Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible removing personal items before service. We are not liable for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.


  • Marketing & Photos

We may take photos/videos of vehicles before and after service for promotional use. If you prefer not to have your vehicle feature, please notify us in advance. 


  • Modifications & Updates

Thee Auto Spa LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.


By booking a service with Thee Auto Spa LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
